STRUCTURE ENGINEER MANAGER

We are looking for a “Structure Engineer Manager” for our multinational client which is leading in production sector in İzmit / Kocaeli.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering,
• Minimum 8 -10 years of engineering experience in steel construction and industrial projects,
• Strong expertise in structural analysis and static calculations,
• Preferably with proven team management experience, strong leadership and mentoring skills,
• Advanced level of English (both written and spoken),
• Proficiency in MS Office programs,
• Skilled in Autocad, SAP2000, CFS, Hilti, and Tekla,
• No travel restrictions,
• Residing in Kocaeli or willing to relocate

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all engineering processes of steel construction projects and ensure the accuracy of structural and static calculations,
• Lead and guide the engineering team, monitor their performance and support their professional development,
• Improve the company’s engineering infrastructure and align it with international standards,
• Coordinate with central engineering departments to ensure smooth knowledge transfer and request support when needed,
• Ensure timely, accurate, and efficient completion of project engineering activities,
• Follow relevant national and international regulations and ensure compliance within the company,
• Establish strong collaboration between production, design, and sales teams to deliver project requirements effectively
